Unfortunately, things often turn out differently than expected, life or opinions change. In these cases, your ticket will be refunded according to the rules mentioned below. For cancellations, however, I must retain a certain amount. Thank you for your understanding.

Private or professional emergencies, flight cancellations, or similar cannot be taken into consideration. In these cases, no refund of money (ticket & deposit) can be made. The participant is liable. For such cases, I recommend travel cancellation insurance. Likewise, a refund (ticket price & deposit) due to illness is excluded. A complete cancellation is only possible if your place can be reassigned and once the ticket price including deposit has been fully transferred.

Unless otherwise agreed, the following rules apply:

The deposit is without exception non-refundable
Cancellation up to 6 weeks (35 days) before the retreat begins, you will receive 50% of your second payment refunded
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the retreat begins, no cancellation or refund is possible. Unless you name a replacement participant who will take your place.
